MOSCOW. Jan 24 (Interfax) - The Kremlin does not view politician Boris Nadezhdin, who is seeking registration as a presidential candidate, "as a rival," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Journalists asked Peskov on Wednesday how serious a rival the Kremlin deemed Nadezhdin to be and whether his plans to stand in the presidential election "are seen as a threat."
"Absolutely not. We do not see him as a rival," Peskov replied.
