MOSCOW. Jan 26 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is dissatisfied with the outcome of the UN Security Council's meeting on the Ilyushin Il-76 crash near Belgorod, which was held on Thursday, as the West did not say a word to condemn the culprits behind this, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Western countries have not said a word to strongly condemn this horrible terror attack. [...] We have not heard a word of condemnation. From this point of view, of course, not," Peskov told reporters in response to a related question.
