Russian defense minister: Weapons timely supplied to special military operation zone, capacities of groups of forces enhanced

MOSCOW. Jan 26 (Interfax) - Weapons are timely supplied to the special military operation zone in Ukraine, and capacities of the groups of forces are being enhanced, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said.

"Hardware and attack means are timely supplied to the special military operation zone, enhancing combat capacities of the joint groups of forces," Shoigu said during Unified Military Goods Commissioning Day on Friday.

"The established system of urgent repair and maintenance of weapons and hardware on site has considerably reduced the duration of their recovery, thus increasing the readiness to be used as intended," he said.

"The main objective at present remains providing every unit and every serviceman with everything they need to successfully complete their combat missions," Shoigu said.
