Kremlin: Penitentiary service looking into causes of Navalny's death, no special directives needed for this

CHELYABINSK. Feb 16 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) is looking into the causes of Alexei Navalny's death, and this does not require any special directives, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"In line with all the existing rules, the FSIN is conducting all the necessary checks and inquiries; that is, there is no need for any directives, because there is a certain rulebook that the FSIN is supposed to follow," Peskov told journalists on Friday.
