MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has confirmed that Russia and Armenia have different views on the events in Ukraine.
"Indeed, we have diametrically opposed standpoints on what is happening in Ukraine and on the conflict surrounding Ukraine. This is not a secret. This is a well-known position," Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Monday when asked by journalists to comment on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's earlier remark that Armenia and Russia had different positions on the situation in Ukraine.
"We disagree with them [Armenia] on that and will keep on explaining to them why we are right," Peskov said.
