Moldovan National Army to conduct 4 drills with reservists in 2024 - Defense Ministry

CHISINAU. March 11 (Interfax) - The Moldovan National Army will conduct four drills involving reservists in 2024, the Defense Ministry told Interfax.

The exercises, each of them lasting for five days, are scheduled for April, May, June, and September, it said.

"The objective of the exercises is to test the reservists' skills. Apart from that, the participants will study army regulations and practice using the National Army's hardware and weapons. The exercises are to be conducted in line with the law on the armed forces reserve and the National Army's training plan for 2024," it said.

The Moldovan army previously conducted similar five-day exercises in 2023.
