MOSCOW. March 12 (Interfax) - Russian troops and border guards have eliminated 234 Ukrainian saboteurs who attempted to organize a breakthrough into Russia's Belgorod and Kursk regions on Tuesday, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
"The enemy lost 234 militants killed, seven tanks, three U.S.-made Bradley fighting vehicles and two armored personnel carriers. Violation of the state border has been prevented," the statement said.
