Putin urges FSB officers to take effective, offensive actions

MOSCOW. March 19 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has called on Federal Security Service (FSB) officers to undertake effective and offensive actions amid the challenges the country is facing.

"The people of Russia are expecting from the FSB, employees of all Russian special services the utmost concentration and high dedication, effective and offensive actions," Putin said in his speech at a FSB board meeting on Tuesday.
