MOSCOW. March 26 (Interfax) - Investigators have asked Moscow's Basmanny District Court to order that an eighth person possibly implicated in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert venue outside Moscow last Friday be taken into pretrial custody, the court's press service told Interfax on Tuesday.
"The court has received a request from the investigating body that Alisher Kasimov be taken into custody as a pretrial restrictive measure," it said.
