Russian Emergency Situations Ministry brings over 100 tonnes of humanitarian aid to LPR

MOSCOW. April 4 (Interfax) - The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has delivered 105 tonnes of food to the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), the ministry press service said on Thursday.

"Officers of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry have brought 105 tonnes of food to the Lugansk People's Republic by eight large trucks. The vehicles of the ministry's Noginsk rescue center have arrived in the towns of Rubezhnoye, Severodonetsk and Lisichansk and the Yepifanovka village," the press service said.

In all, 22 convoys of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry have delivered 970 tonnes of food to the LPR since the start of this year.
