Drone shot down in Russia's Kursk, fire starts near market - governor

MOSCOW. April 4 (Interfax) - A fire has broken out near a central market after a Ukrainian drone was downed, Kursk region Governor Roman Starovoit said.

"Following the downing of a UAV, there is a blaze near the central market. Emergency Services are on their way to the scene," Starovoit wrote on Telegram.

He earlier reported on a drone attack threatening the Kursk region and that air defense had been activated.
