MOSCOW. April 5 (Interfax) - The Kremlin rejects accusations claiming Russia's involvement in cyberattacks in Europe, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"These accusations are absolutely groundless both in the first case and in the second case. They are made frequently, but they are never substantiated by any appropriate evidence or arguments. We completely reject such accusations," Peskov said after being asked by journalists on Friday to comment on French President Emmanuel Macron's remarks that there will be cyberattacks from Russia targeting the Paris Olympic Games, as well as on claims by Czech Transport Minister Martin Kupka, who said that Russia has made thousands of attempts to stage cyberattacks on Europe's railway network.
