ROSTOV-ON-DON. April 5 (Interfax) - Eight people were injured when a crashed drone detonated in the Morozovsk district of Russia's Rostov region, the region's governor Vasily Golubev said.
"According to preliminary information, eight people were hurt by the detention of the explosive device of a drone, which crashed near an airfield in the Morozovsk district at around noon. They were conducting an investigation at the crash scene. The injured were taken to a hospital and given medical assistance," Golubev said on Telegram.
Additional medical teams have been sent to Morozovsk, and an investigation is in progress, he said.
