ROSTOV-ON-DON. April 5 (Interfax) - Eleven people were killed and 18 others injured as the Ukrainian army shelled the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) in February and March, LPR Human Rights Commissioner Victoria Serdyukova said.
"In the period from February 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024, there were 42 gunfire attacks upon 18 populated areas, 97 civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged, 11 people were killed, and 18 people were injured," according to infographics Serdyukova presented on her Telegram channel on Friday.
Three people, including a child born in 2015, were blown up by mines or unidentified explosive devices, she said.
