BELGOROD. April 12 (Interfax) - Two fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down by an air defense system in the Belgorod district of Russia's Belgorod region, the region's governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Friday.
"As a result of repelling an air attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, no civilians have been injured; the debris damaged one vehicle in the village of Dubovoye. Information about the aftermath is being ascertained," Gladkov said on Telegram.
A danger from missiles was declared for the city of Belgorod and its suburbs, he said earlier.
