RABAT. April 19 (Interfax) - Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov and his Moroccan counterpart Moulay El Hassan Daki have signed a memorandum of understanding in Rabat.
"Obviously, the memorandum signed here today will lay a foundation for our further interaction, including the fight against crime. This document will enable specialists of both agencies to exchange the best practices and establish solid working contacts," Krasnov said while in Morocco on a working visit.
The memorandum provides legal grounds for preferential training of Moroccan prosecutors at the University of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office under short-term professional development programs. Moroccan students may also have access to five-year professional education programs, he said.
At the end of the meeting, Krasnov invited Daki to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum due in June.
