BRUSSELS. April 19 (Interfax) - Ukraine may strike military targets outside its territory as part of exercising its right to self-defense, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Friday.
"Ukraine has the right to self-defense," Stoltenberg said at a press conference.
"That includes striking legitimate military targets outside Ukraine," he said.
