VORONEZH. April 22 (Interfax) - Air defense systems have been activated near Russia's Belgorod, the region's governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.
"Our air defense system was activated in the Belgorod district. One aerial target was downed while it was flying towards the city. Emergency services are clarifying information about the consequences on the ground," the governor said on his Telegram channel on Monday.
According to tentative information, no one was hurt and no damage was caused.
