MOSCOW. May 13 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree On the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin press service said on May 10.
"In accordance with Paragraph A of Article 83 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin shall be appointed Prime Minister of the Russian Federation," according to the text of the document.
The decree is effective immediately.
