VLADIVOSTOK. May 22 (Interfax) - The Primorye Territorial Court has scheduled a hearing of the appeal from arrested U.S. serviceman Gordon Black for May 24, the joint press service for the Primorye judiciary told Interfax on Wednesday.
"The hearing has been scheduled for May 24," it said.
As reported, the appeal was filed with the Primorye Territorial Court on Tuesday. A lawyer asked the court to overrule the Pervomaisky District Court order of May 3 and to decline an investigator's arrest motion.
