MOSCOW. May 27 (Interfax) - The Russian military activated an air defense system to destroy a small-sized balloon over an area just outside Moscow, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Monday.
"At around 9 p.m. on May 27, on-duty air defense systems destroyed a small-sized balloon over an area in the Moscow region," the ministry said.
