MOSCOW. May 28 (Interfax) - Organizing a conference on settling the Ukraine crisis in Saudi Arabia with Russia's participation is not currently under consideration, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"Those are just hypothetical discussions thus far. There is too much [speculation] on this account with references to some ephemeral sources," Peskov said in an interview with RT.
Asked about the prospects for holding such a conference in Saudi Arabia, Peskov replied, "There's no talk about this at the moment."
He reiterated that any negotiations without Russia were meaningless.
Media reported earlier that a meeting in Saudi Arabia could be arranged in the fall.
