Ukrainian drones attack town in Russian Kursk region - governor

MOSCOW. May 29 (Interfax) - Tyotkino in the Russian Kursk region has come under attack from Ukraine, the region's acting governor Alexei Smirnov said.

"Two Ukrainian drones dropped bombs on homes in the town of Tyotkino in the Glushkovo district last night. None of the residents was hurt," Smirnov said on Telegram on Wednesday morning.

The attack set fire to two homes, three outbuildings and a garage, he said, adding that the fire was extinguished.

One of the drones was downed, Smirnov said.
