BERLIN. May 31 (Interfax) - Iceland and Ukraine signed a security agreement on Friday for providing aid totaling $30 million to Kiev through 2028, the EFE news agency said.
According to the agreement, Iceland will provide long-term economic, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support to Ukraine, envisaging the allocation of funds, purchases of military equipment for the country, and support for its defense industry, it said.
Ukraine signed a security agreement with Sweden earlier on Friday.
