MOSCOW. June 3 (Interfax) - Moscow urges Washington to take its warnings very seriously, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Monday.
"We would like to warn U.S. officials against miscalculations that may have fatal consequences. For some unclear reasons, they underestimate the seriousness of the response they may get," Ryabkov told reporters in Moscow commenting on U.S. statements allowing Ukraine to use certain delivered weapons against targets on the Russian territory.
He called on "U.S. officials to spend some time studying what Putin said, including at the press conference at the end of negotiations in Tashkent."
"It was a rather significant warning, and it should be taken as seriously as possible," Ryabkov said.
