MOSCOW. June 10 (Interfax) - The Russian Defense Ministry has reported downing a Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter aircraft and intercepting 51 drones over the past 24 hours.
"Air defense systems have downed a MiG-29 plane of the Ukrainian Air Force," it said.
It also reported intercepting a Neptun anti-ship missile, two HARM anti-radar missiles, four Hammer and JDAM guided air bombs, seven HIMARS and Uragan rockets, and 51 drones over the past 24 hours.
"Russian tactical aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, [and] missile and artillery forces have struck a command post of a Ukrainian Air Force tactical brigade and a field artillery depot, as well as temporary stationing centers of foreign mercenaries and concentrations of enemy personnel and hardware in 147 areas," it said.
