DUBNA. Moscow region. June 13 (Interfax) - Russia will continue working with Armenia to clarify Yerevan's stance on the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), as it hopes to develop bilateral relations in the spirit of partnership and alliance, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"As for Armenia, we will keep working with our Armenian friends, will clarify their position, and of course, we hope that our partnership and alliance will continue," Peskov said in response to a request for comment on a statement by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan regarding Armenia's withdrawal from the CSTO.
He said that Armenia may also be interested in this.
"Every country sets its priorities. Our priorities are clear, and we remain committed to them, while CSTO member states share our priorities in the field of security, collective security," Peskov said.
