Military hardware from Russia arriving in Belarus to participate in parade - Belarusian Defense Ministry

MINSK. June 13 (Interfax) - Military hardware from Russia is arriving in Belarus for participation in the July 3 military parade devoted to the Belarusian Independence Day, the Belarusian Defense Ministry press service said on Thursday.

"It comprises Msta-B howitzers, 2S12 Sani heavy mortar systems, and other hardware," the report said.

"Hardware has arrived from the Russian Federation to participate in the parade of the troops of the Minsk garrison as part of a mechanized column. It's not the first hardware to arrive from the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus. T-34 tanks, which are already actively participating in parade trainings and are manifesting high results, arrived here earlier," Col. Sergei Tomchik, deputy head of armaments of the Belarusian Armed Forces, was quoted as saying by the Defense Ministry.
