MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has removed First Deputy Defense Minister Ruslan Talikov and Deputy Defense Ministers Nikolai Pankov and Tatyana Shevtsova from office.
Another deputy defense minister, Gen. of the Army Pavel Popov, has been relieved of office and dismissed from military service, under a presidential decree published on the official website of legal information.
