PYONGYANG. June 19 (Interfax) - Russia and North Korea are conducting an independent foreign policy and reject the language of diktat, Russian President Vladimir Putin said after negotiations with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
"Both Russia and Korea are conducting an independent foreign policy and reject the language of blackmail and diktat," Putin said.
