HANOI. June 20 (Interfax) - Russia is ready to help develop the Vietnamese Navy, head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) Dmitry Shugayev said.
"Vietnamese partners are interested in developing cooperation in aviation and shipbuilding, as it is a marine power. Naturally, they are interested in strengthening the Navy. We are ready to assist as much as we can," Shugayev told reporters on Thursday.
