ROSTOV-ON-DON. June 21 (Interfax) - A wall of an apartment building in Pervomaisk in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) has collapsed as a result of a Ukrainian attack, city administration head Sergei Kolyagin said.
"According to tentative information, a strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces has resulted in the partial collapse of a wall of an apartment building, and a gas pipe has also been damaged," Kolyagin said on Telegram on Friday.
It remains unclear whether anyone was injured in the attack.
