MOSCOW. June 25 (Interfax) - The strategic partnership treaty signed by Russia and North Korea envisages interaction in security and does not rule out military-technical cooperation, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.

"As to the interstate treaty of comprehensive strategic partnership signed in Pyongyang, it provides guidelines and sets large-scale tasks for the development of bilateral relations, including in the area of security, which, as our president said, does not rule out the possibility of military-technical cooperation," Ushakov said at the opening of the Primakov Readings forum.
