Lukashenko notes coordinated foreign policy stance of Belarus, Russia

MOSCOW. June 25 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has noted the coordinated foreign policy stance of Belarus and Russia at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"As for any problems, our foreign ministries, foreign policy, and our work on international platforms, in organizations ranging from the UN to the unfortunate OSCE, we have absolutely no problems. Our agenda is absolutely identical," the Belarusian state-run news agency BelTA quoted Lukashenko as saying.

Belarus and Russia maintain the same stance on key issues, he said.

"Russia can always count on Belarus's support in every area we can provide it. Let me thank you one more time for always supporting us," Lukashenko said.
