Peskov: Russia unlikely to announce possible locations of intermediate-, shorter-range missiles deployment

MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - Russia is unlikely to announce the possible locations for the deployment of its intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"Obviously, this information is unlikely to be announced in any way. After all, this is a very, very sensitive area related to defense and security. At the same time, you see that the president has brought this matter up. And therefore, as long as [...] the manufacturing process is resumed, then some information will become available," Peskov said when asked whether Russia would announce the regions where it plans to deploy its intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles, which, as the president said last week, Russia should start building again.
