Russian space station's first module due to be launched in Q4 2027 - Roscosmos

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - The first research-and-power module of the Russian space station is due to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2027 by an upgraded Angara-A5M heavy-lift rocket, while a manned mission is scheduled for the end of 2028, Roscosmos said in its materials.

According to the Russian space station's construction schedule presented in Roscosmos's video, the module will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2027 by an Angara-A5M heavy-lift rocket.

The materials also say that the first manned mission to the Russian space station is planned for the fourth quarter of 2028. A resupply spaceship will be sent to the station, using a Soyuz-2.1b rocket, in January 2028.
