"The court ruled as follows: to ban the activities of the association, of which the Nevzorovs are members, due to the implementation of its extremist activities; to forfeit to the state three land plots, a building on the plot, a residential house, a car and a 25% stake in the authorized capital of Piter-Tekhnoproekt-New Resources LLC," Lebedeva said on her Telegram channel.

She said that the ruling is subject to immediate execution.

The prosecutor's office has filed a corresponding lawsuit with the court. Requirements for seizure concerned, among other things, real estate in the village of Lisy Nos.

"It is established that the spouses Alexander (designated a foreign agent) and Lidia Nevzorovs from March 2022 to the present time, regardless of the region and country of residence, are spreading extremist ideology to an unlimited number of persons, including minors, posting false information about the special military operation on their web pages," the Prosecutor General's Office press service said in turn.
