ASTANA. July 3 (Interfax) - Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has not ruled out a meeting between President Vladimir Putin and United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.
"I don't rule out that he [Putin] will have an opportunity to speak [to Guterres] briefly," Peskov told journalists in reply to the corresponding question.
"A separate one-on-one meeting has not been planned for now, but there will be an opportunity to communicate on the sidelines, should such a need arise," he said.
