MINSK. July 3 (Interfax) - Washington and its allies, which have provoked the Ukraine crisis, are stalling it on purpose, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov said.
"I would like to repeat that it was the West that prepared and provoked the Ukraine crisis and is now stalling it intentionally," Belousov said at a meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Defense Ministers in Minsk on Wednesday.
