July 4 (Interfax) - The First Man's Pool Telegram channel close to the Belarusian presidential press service has published a photo that shows Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko speaking to each other on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit following an informal dinner of the SCO states' leaders.
"Lukashenko and Putin. Footage that does not require any comment," the caption under the photo said.
