Russian Defense Ministry reports striking Ukrainian oil refinery, 2 defense plants

MOSCOW. July 4 (Interfax) - Russian forces struck Ukrainian defense plants and Ukrainian Armed Forces supply facilities over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.

"Two defense plants, a refinery and a fuel depot supplying units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, an attack drone workshop and depot, and concentrations of the enemy's troops and military hardware in 128 areas have been hit," the ministry said.

A Ukrainian MiG-29 plane was destroyed at an airbase, it said.

"Air defense downed 37 unmanned aerial vehicles, a French-made Hammer guided air bomb, a U.S.-made HARM anti-radiation missile, and 14 U.S.-made HIMARS projectiles," the ministry said.
