ASTANA. July 4 (Interfax) - The West rejecting Vladimir Putin's proposals over Ukraine conflict settlement is a short-sighted decision, the Kremlin said.
"We consider it a short-sighted decision," Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
"That does not mean that sensible people in the collective West and in Ukraine itself are not giving it a thought, we are sure that someone there will probably give it a thought," Peskov said.
