ASTANA. July 4 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin did not discuss any substantive matters with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Kazakhstan's Astana on Thursday, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"There was no meaningful discussion with Guterres. Naturally, they had a chance to greet each other [when they met on the sidelines of the SCO summit]," Peskov told reporters on Thursday.
No substantive issues were discussed, he said.
