DUSHANBE. July 4 (Interfax) - UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres arrived on an official visit to Tajikistan on Thursday, the Tajik Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
"During his visit [Guterres] plans to meet with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon," the statement said.
