WARSAW. July 8 (Interfax) - Warsaw and Kiev signed a security agreement on Monday, Poland's Polsat television reported.
"Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky met with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. They signed an agreement on security," the TV channel reported.
"I have stated clearly: we will help, as your security is our security. But we will not do anything that would weaken our own security, our capabilities. We are talking about fighters, about weapons, which are needed in Poland and Ukraine," the Polish prime minister said when commenting on the signing of the agreement.
Zelensky is due to meet with Polish President Andrzej Duda later on Monday. The Ukrainian president is visiting Warsaw on his way to Washington.
