Drones attack oil depot, electrical substation in Russia's Volgograd region - governor

VOLGOGRAD. July 9 (Interfax) - A fire broke out at an oil depot in Kalach-on-Don and at an electrical substation in Frolovo in Russia's Volgograd region after they were hit by falling drone debris overnight, the region's Governor Andrei Bocharov said.

"Air defense and electronic warfare forces suppressed an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles on the Volgograd region overnight into July 9. Falling drone debris caused fires at a substation in the town of Frolovo and an oil depot in the town of Kalach-on-Don. The fire at the substation was promptly extinguished.
