Ukrainian drones attack settlements in Kursk region - authorities

MOSCOW. July 30 (Interfax) - Russia's Kursk region came under several Ukrainian attacks on Tuesday, the region's acting governor Alexei Smirnov said.

"A Ukrainian drone was eliminated by electronic warfare systems in border areas during the day," Smirnov said on Telegram.

The attacks targeted the villages of Krasnooktyabrsky and Politotdelsky in the region's Glushkovo district. None of residents was hurt. In addition, drops by Ukrainian quadcopters and kamikaze drone attacks were spotted near Lgov and Gordeyevka in the Korenevo district and Kobylka in the Glushkovo district. No one was hurt, Smirnov said.
