VORONEZH. Aug 7 (Interfax) - One person was injured by falling drone debris in Voronezh on Wednesday, Voronezh region Governor Alexander Gusev said.
"According to updated information, one person was injured by falling drone debris on Voronezh's Leninsky Avenue today. He was hospitalized with non-penetrating wounds. The patient's life is now no longer in danger, he is in a stable condition. The fragments will be removed from his body shortly," Gusev said on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.
He earlier said no one had been injured in the city.
Two drones were neutralized over the region early on Wednesday morning, with their debris falling on the streets of Voronezh. There is currently information on 22 damaged apartments, five non-residential buildings and 38 vehicles in the Tsentralny and Levoberezhny districts of Voronezh.
