MOSCOW. Aug 12 (Interfax) - The Russian Armed Forces have increased the pace of its offensive operations in the Donetsk sector, taking control of Lisichnoye in the Donetsk People's Republic, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"The Armed Forces of Russia have stepped up the pace of their offensive in the Donetsk sector," the ministry said in a statement on Monday.
"Today, on August 12, units of the Russian army liberated the community of Lisichnoye in the Donetsk People's Republic as a result of active operations," it said.
