VOLGOGRAD. Aug 23 (Interfax) - Three casualties of a hostage incident at Penitentiary No. 19 in the Volgograd region have been admitted to an intensive care unit, the emergency room of the Central District Hospital in the Surovikino district told Interfax.
"Three people have been admitted to the ICU," an emergency room representative said.
